SUMMARY
株式会社イワイが展開する「おむすび権米衛」のブランドスローガン、店舗デザインのコンセプト設計、シリーズポスターの企画制作
BACKGROUND
「手むすび」でおむすびをつくり四季に合わせた具材を出す、店舗ごとに契約するお米を変えるなどのこだわりと理念を、「手のひらが、厨房」のキャッチコピーで表現。総合パンフレットの表紙、店頭ポスターで展開しました。
APPROACH
茨城県の契約農家を訪れ、おむすび権米衛の職人さん、社員さんと一緒に田植えをしました。企業理念、商品へのこだわり、社風、農家さんとの距離の近さを感じることができました。
おむすび権米衛では、お店だけでなく、会合がある際のお昼も、役員から若い社員まで、炊いたごはんを手でむすび、出来立てのおむすびを食します。そんな「手」でむすぶこだわりが、機械でつくる他社との決定的な違いです。
また、おむすびは家庭の味の代表でもありますが、家庭と一線を画すのは、玄米と白米の使い分けや、毎日20種以上にもなる具材のバラエティ。それはプロの厨房だからこそ提供できるものです。おむすび権米衛の現場に参加した体験から「手のひらが、厨房」のコピーにたどり着きました。
毎月の限定メニューのポスター、豚汁のポスターを手がけたり、オフィスビルに置くのぼり、店内装飾、店舗の外装の素材やのれんなどについてのアドバイスをしたりもしました。
We visited contract farmers in Ibaraki Prefecture and planted rice with Omusubi Gonbei craftsmen and employees. We were able to feel the company's philosophy, commitment to its products, corporate culture, and proximity to the farmers.
At Omusubi Gonbei, not only at the restaurant, but also at lunchtime when there is a meeting, everyone from executives to young employees hand-musubi the cooked rice and eat the freshly made omusubi. This commitment to handmade rice balls is the decisive difference between our company and machine-made rice balls.
Omusubi is also representative of the taste of home, but what sets us apart from home is the use of brown rice and white rice, and the variety of ingredients, which can be as many as 20 or more every day. This is something that can only be offered in a professional kitchen. The experience of participating in Omusubi Gonbei's on-site work led us to the copy "Palm of the Hand, the Kitchen.
I also worked on posters for the monthly limited menu and pork miso soup, and gave advice on banners to be placed in office buildings, decorations inside the store, and materials and noren for the store's exterior.
