「サルベージ・パーティ®」は、食材シェアパーティ。家でもてあましている食材をみんなで持ち寄り、

パーティ会場で、プロのシェフがその場でメニューを開発。できた料理をみんなでシェアするパーティの

ブランディングムービーなどを制作。

家庭や企業のフードロスを少なくすることから、世界のフードロスを少なくしたい。

​食材の使い方、選び方、買い方をもっと良くしていくプロジェクトの一連の流れを

アニメーションとイベント風景動画で伝えた。

TVニュースや新聞、雑誌で取り上げられ、全国各地に展開を広めている。

東京都台東区「台東区の台所を救え」や江東区、食品メーカーのニッスイ「缶切り部　パカっと始まります」

など、多くのコラボレーションを実施。

The Salvage Party is a food-sharing party, an activitythat was started in July, 2013.

​

Participants bring leftovers to the party from home,　and a chef cooks delicious and creative meals using

those leftovers as ingredients. Finally participants share the dishes and enjoy themselves together.

We hold this kind of party once or twice a month.

 

Not only we ourselves, but more and more people also have started holding their own Salvage Party in many places.

We aim to change the way people think about cooking, and to improve how consumers buy and consume food

products so that we can contribute to the development of a sustainable society.
