Made in Japanのジーンズメーカー じぃんず工房”isa”のブランディング
じぃんず工房大方は高知県唯一のジーンズ専門工場です。自社ブランド”isa”のブランディング、新商品開発をサポートしました。
じぃんず工房は高知県黒潮町の自社工場で職人が縫製、製作するジーンズのOEMメーカーとして、日本を代表するブランドや都内アパレルブランド、海外の高級ブランドのジーンズを製造してきました。データと知見を生かした日本人の体にフィットするジーンズづくりには定評があり、愛好家にも知られる存在です。
今回、株式会社桜は、じぃんず工房の一般消費者向け自社ブランド”isa”の需要をさらに高めるべく、高知県在住のさまざまな職業の方を起用し、ブランドムービーやブランドブック、雑誌、ポスター、店舗壁面に使用するビジュアルを開発。並行してWebサイトも刷新し、イメージの定着を図りました。isaとは勇魚（いさ）のこと。高知県の人々がクジラをそう呼んでいたことから名付けられました。
以前株式会社桜が高知県のプロモーションを手掛けた関係から、KOCHIグッズのトートバッグをIsaが製作することに。その商品開発にも参加し、ホワイトジーンズ生地を使用したサステナブルなトートが完成しました。
Jeans Koubou has been manufacturing jeans for leading Japanese brands, Tokyo apparel brands, and overseas luxury brands as an OEM jeans manufacturer whose jeans are sewn and made by craftsmen at its factory in Kuroshio-cho, Kochi Prefecture. The company is well known among connoisseurs for making jeans that fit the Japanese body by utilizing data and knowledge.
In order to further increase demand for its own brand "isa" for the general public, the company developed a brand movie, brand book, magazine, posters, and visuals for store walls, using people from various professions living in Kochi Prefecture. The website was also revamped in parallel to establish the image. isa means "brave fish. The name "isa" comes from the name the people of Kochi Prefecture used to call whales.
Sakura&Co. was involved in the promotion of Kochi Prefecture, and Isa was asked to produce a tote bag of KOCHI goods, a sustainable tote bag made of white jeans fabric. We were also involved in the product development.
